Angela, I’m attaching images I made in Tom’s book I scanned, interestingly again I took my cue from what was in his book, although I let my pen do the walking too, it just happens on the page. I’ve been doing the same with the Irish Circle book…mmm, have to think about this!!! Is everyone scanning and posting?
Kind regards, Irene
These are spectacular to see. I tend toward ethereal, airy forms and it’s so good to feel the strength, solidity of your works (and the outright crazy fairies!)
Be well, Tom
Ah thanks….your work was just wonderful. Hi Kim, just to let you know that your book arrived safe and sound in Dublin this morning…. such a shame that the first got lost in the post…. hope that doesn’t happen to any or all of us in the group! Looking forward to making my marks!!
Your work was great, there was one where I could feel the movement of the underground (subway) and I saw couples entwined (?)
As for mine, the fairies (or whatever they were, I’ve no idea) were a doodle I made at a staff school meeting. I did not want to be there!! I followed the pen and I cut them out and stuck them in (a fun piece) to add to your ones (made by your kids? or was it your inner child). Well my inner child made scarred, flying women…
I loved when I opened your journal, I could smell the art materials…. I love the smell..
HEY, good news! I know this will gum up the works a bit, but Kim’s books was FOUND! Whew hew!!!
I will work in it this week and send to Irene.
Be well< Tom
Thomas & Kim, you will be glad to know Kim’s book arrived today, safe and sound! I can place some of the drawings I made already into your book Kim.
Just a comment to all. I’ve been scanning my images and sending them to Angie. Would anyone mind if I scanned work from each book I get and posted them to my blog, ireneuhlemann.com. It’s my cheap attempt at a website!!!
Kind regards from Dublin.
Fine by me to scan and mount, unless anyone else objects.
Your book just arrived here in London – inspiring and fun… I’m wondering, given that we are a circle of four members only, if we can circulate on a longer interval, say 6 weeks? Angie says some groups are doing this but also that it’s good for the books to get at least partway around the circle a second time, but we’re nearly at that point now…
What do y’all think?
Paul Walker (in transit)
Just to let you know your notebook arrived this morning.. thank you. Your work is great!
My book is ready to post on. Looking forward to see who is the first recipient. Looking forward to being part of the Global Circle too.
